NOTICE: ACCESS TO PB - If you have just
joined and cannot access/logon to the member's area please read the FAQ's
below first and then the following before contacting us. The problem is
NOT the website --- it is your computer's settings.

America Online Users, shut down AOL
before logging on to this website. If you have Cable, Wireless or DSL, you do
not need to logon to the AOL software to access this website. We have found that
recently AOL is causing a blocked access to this website, so we cannot guarantee
that you will be able to login to our members area while AOL is running in the
background. All you have to do is double click your Internet Explorer or other
browser that is not in AOL, do not click on AOL or logon to it at all. Your
stand alone browser will get to us and login to our members area without any
problem.

Norton software is the source of most of the troubles, especially the
Privacy Control. Customize this setting and UNCHECK "enable browser
privacy."

The Security/Firewall settings must not be set too high.

Enable your computer to be able to read Java script.

Try accessing the site through the latest version of a different
browser. (AOL may not work as noted above.)
*Some
older computers and MACs may have additional problems. If none of these

What will I receive as a member?
You
will have access to our entire archive of puffy photos (approx. 2000), over 120
video samples, and the video downloads order page. DOWNLOADS ARE AVAILABLE AT EXTRA COST. Unlike many other puffy
sites, all of our photos are exclusive to this site and are completely
authentic and un-retouched. There are two types of memberships: (1) A monthly
recurring membership which includes a reduced monthly fee every 30 days after the first month you joined. TO AVOID RECURRING BILLING, MEMBERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CANCELLING THEIR OWN MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP. (2) A non-recurring membership which is a one-time fee good for 3 months.
When do you add new photos and video?
Brand new photos and video samples are usually available in September. Since all of our
photos and videos are online we do not update on a regular basis.
Are the video samples part of your video downloads
for sale?
Yes. The first number on the sample (e.g., 1, 2, 3)
corresponds to the same number video for download. These short clips are
solely meant to be SAMPLES or PREVIEWS only and are not intended to be
fully stand-alone, high resolution movies. The Full length high resolution
movies are for sale by Download.
Where are the VOD, Video
Downloads, and Video Previews located on the site?
The
Puffybeach VOD store is
located in the public area for all visitors to the site.
Video Downloads are both in
the public area and in the Members' Area, but at different prices ($9
non-member price versus $5 per part member price). Video previews for all
parts and volumes are only in the
Member's Area, click to join. PB Members should always purchase
downloads in the Member's Area
(logged in) to receive their discount.
Where do you get your photos?
Most are from the beaches in Europe, but some are from Australia and
Asia.
How do I cancel my membership?
If you purchased our 90 day non-recurring, you do not need to cancel you membership with PuffyBeach.com, it will cancel automatically at the end of the 90 day (3
month) period. If you purchased our monthly recurring membership package,
you can easily cancel here. There are several links on the site, if you find a need to
cancel prior to the end of your membership period, you can also go to the Join
page, scroll down to the Cancel Membership bar and fill in the
information. You can also go directly to the ccbill.com website.
I have joined but have difficulty accessing the
site. Can you help?
There are several reasons for this. (1) Make sure your email
address, username and password are the same as when you joined. (2)
Accessing the site through AOL has sometimes caused problems. Make sure
your parental and privacy controls are not blocking adult sites. Try using
Internet Explorer or Netscape with the latest version. (3) If the same
Join page keeps reappearing, this is mainly due to your personal security
settings. Norton antivirus software is the main culprit. Make sure your
personal security is set to medium (or low); uncheck Enable Browser
Privacy.
